Perhaps you just need to recover, give the muscles rest, because they might not have recovered yet, since the first workout is usually felt by beginners for a long time

This is a very strange moment, I don't understand at all, how is that? Two weeks ago, at the first training session with a trainer, I pulled myself up 12 times 4 sets + worked in the negative again. On all subsequent ones, I can't even pull myself up once, only on the gravitron. How can this be. All other bench press indicators are growing. Bench press, squat, platform leg press 30 kilograms added in 15 days. I can't understand what it is and how it can be, according to the logic of things in all subsequent workouts I should have pulled up at least one to three or five times, but this is not at all!

But they only confirmed the jump is real. This leap has been called the leap into the 21st century. And this record lasted for about 40 years, but now it seems to have been broken (I'm not sure). Bimon himself could never again in his life and would come close to this result. It was just then that the stars became ...
