The second is, of course, a surge of energy, an improvement in well-being. It’s necessary for life: flights, concerts. This is endurance, "natural" motivation for me.
Recently I have been doing more crossfit, cardio, strength training. Once he was engaged in boxing. Now I plan to resume again.
