It should be understood that the main purpose of sports supplements is expressed in their assistance in restoring the body after physical exertion. Both creatine and BCAAs will help you with this. The best time to take BCAAs is right after stress (by stress, I mean post-sleep, workout time, and post-workout time) as this is the time your body needs most to recharge and BCAAs are most suitable for. The best times to take creatine are in the morning and after exercise. It is impossible to single out which of the drugs is better than BCAA or creatine, it is optimal to take these supplements in combination.

BCAAs and creatine have slightly different effects.

For example, BCA supplementation:

  • prevents the destruction of muscle fibers ( catabolism ), especially in the morning when the cataboslim process is especially active;
  • helps to build lean muscle mass , it is permissible to take amino acids even on drying , BCAA is involved in the formation of muscle fibers;
  • when taken with fat burners (lipotropics and thermogenics) slightly enhances their effect, i.e. promotes weight loss;
  • speeds up the recovery process after exercise.

Creatine in turn:

  • increases strength indicators (BCA does not), and the effect is noticeable after the first portions;
  • retains water in the muscles , which makes a person gain weight, muscles “fill up”, so creatine should not be taken while drying;
  • speeds up recovery after exercise;
  • helps the body to produce energy , i.e. it is an energy booster.

That is, if you want to dry out , lose weight , drink BTSA.

If your goal is to gain weight, drink creatine . Better yet, drink creatine with BCA , they work well together, complement and even enhance each other's action.

These supplements are difficult to compare with each other, as they play different roles in the body. Creatine is an energy source, approximately 95% of creatine is found in skeletal muscle tissue. Under normal conditions, we get it in a place with food of animal origin.

BCAA is a complex of three essential amino acids that make up proteins. They, like the other 17 essential amino acids, are the building blocks for muscle tissue and everything else in the body.

As a sports nutrition, BCAA is an extremely disadvantageous product for the consumer, since 1) has a higher price than a can of whey, or any other protein of the same mass 2) BCAA - 3 amino acids, protein is the same may offer a larger set of amino acids.

As well as all the necessary amino acids, you can get by consuming food of plant and animal origin. Why pay more?

Creatine is a working supplement and very cheap.

Creatine is a nitrogen-containing carboxylic acid, formed from creatine phosphate by the enzyme creatine kinase, is a source of ATP in the body, i.e. essentially replenishes energy reserves in the body. Creatine causes overhydration, i.e. the storage of water by the cells of the body, hence the increase in mass.

Taking creatine in a systemic approach can increase strength.

BCAAs are 3 branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine. They are the main components of muscle tissue, therefore, during physical exertion, an additional method is shown to prevent catabolism. BCAAs are quite expensive.

These are two fundamentally and functionally different classes of substances.

I have taken both , and from the height of my experience (I apologize for the high conceit) I will say that in 9 cases out of 10 it is a useless waste of money. If you have extra finances, you can accept, just approach wisely, creatine, for example, can be poisoned. Learn the materiel, how to properly accept both. And evaluate the ratio of costs and benefits (prospects) of such a technique.

I don't think you understand what it is at all. These are completely different things, and, moreover, they are practically useless. Better order good vitamins. Or buy chicken with this money, the effect will be greater.
