The most important thing is not to quit. Under any circumstances, find time and not skip workouts.

As a result, you can, on the contrary, gain even more weight. And the main rule in nutrition is the rejection of sweet, fatty and bakery products.

The second rule of training, if the task is to build a beautiful figure, is not to be afraid to work with a lot of weight (considering your capabilities, of course).

Many girls are afraid to be pumped, but believe me, this does not happen overnight. It is necessary to build up muscles, because they are the basis of a beautiful, slender, feminine figure.

As for working with a trainer, performing exercises correctly, correctly distributing training to different muscle groups, this is all important, but not paramount. To get started, train all the muscles and preferably with more basic exercises. More detailed programs can be drawn up later, after two or three months. The most important thing is to start and not quit. Hold out for these same three months and develop a habit.

If you can afford it, get yourself a coach. Because from my own experience I know that looking at exercises in magazines and on the Internet is one thing, but the look and instructions of a professional is quite another. Sometimes you don't see yourself from the outside, you don't know exactly the technique of performing certain exercises. The coach will prompt and teach. Here it is also important to choose a competent coach. I decided for myself that a bodybuilder is needed for a figure (it doesn't matter a man or a woman). They know exactly how to make the body beautiful, give advice on nutrition and bio-supplements (not to be confused with steroids;)). And of course, you don't have to wait for a quick result. Without willpower, dedication and resilience, the coach will not help you.
