Two-day breaks can be taken, and sometimes it is necessary, not all muscles have time to recover in a day. If you do not stick to a specific goal, but take as a guideline just do something, then a couple of days pass will not aggravate anything. The main thing is not to increase this gap. And classes should be systematically structured, i.e. for example, every other day, or Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat, etc.
