There is a very good book that helped me cope with this problem better than all psychologists and psychiatrists. It's called "Brain over binge" by Kathryn Hansen. Unfortunately, it is only available in English, but if you wish, you can figure it out, at the same time tighten up the language.

More there is a book by James Prochazka "The Psychology of Positive Change". There, about all bad habits, for example, however, smoking and drinking, but it is quite suitable for changing eating habits.
