Pros of Protein Powder:

  • faster muscle gains than a regular diet;
  • providing the body with all types of amino acids;
  • getting a protein requirement without having to consume large amounts of protein foods;
  • stopping catabolic processes;
  • protein contains pure protein without fats and carbohydrates;
  • additional effects (increased strength, endurance, energy).

The disadvantages of protein powder include:

  • need to make a cocktail (must be mixed with liquid);
  • Possibility of allergy to certain lactose proteins;
  • stress on the liver and kidneys when the dosage is exceeded;
  • additive taste not always pleasant;
  • quite high price.

Protein makes it easier to build muscle, which is why some athletes find it too easy, preferring to use only natural raw materials.

In fact, there is nothing wrong with using it for muscle gain. High-quality protein is made from the same food products (milk, eggs, soybeans, etc.). They are processed to obtain pure protein without carbohydrates and fats, which makes it easier to provide the body with a protein level. It is much easier to drink a serving of protein than eating a lot of eggs or other protein foods.

The pluses include: ease of cocktail preparation and use; high digestibility; enriched with vitamins and microelements; contains a low amount of carbohydrates and fats; helps to build muscle faster.

There is probably only one minus and that is the price. Although when calculating the cost of protein per gram in a can of protein and from conventional sources, there is hardly a big difference.

Another disadvantage is the well-known and false myth about the dangers of protein. In fact, it is obtained from food raw materials and it is of natural origin. Remember baby food! The essence of the production is the same, but no one shouts that children will have a dirty liver and a sad life.

For gaining weight, 2-3 grams of protein per kilogram of weight. But at the same time, protein should not only come from protein powders. Sports nutrition is only an addition to your regular diet.

Well, listen, specifically I, I don't respect such movements, and in the district we call such "bulls". Well, it is not proper for a normal Kent to stuff himself with incomprehensible mixtures.

Come on in a valiant fashion with cottage cheese and mother’s cabbage soup, and don’t even look towards the painted packages.

You will start to respect yourself if you start to expand on the natural. Yes, it may take longer, but where is your hurry?

In general, you chose the right path, just a bit into shit entered.

Headwind into your urethra.

Hugged.
