A similar idea already exists and is recognized by some nutritionists - this is the LCHF (low carbohydrates high fat) diet, based on the principle that the body does not care in what form the calories come (from fats, proteins or carbohydrates) when the body is lacking energy burns them all equally.

Regarding the fact that physical activity does not affect weight loss, I disagree with the previous answer. Indeed, strength loads go into a set of muscle mass, but cardio (the same simple exercise) does not contribute to muscle gain, but burns calories, like any activity, i.e. it can create a calorie deficit, which can be replenished according to the LCHF principle.

So if you do not eat too much fatty foods, the weight will not grow.

To put it briefly and simply: physical activity has practically no effect on weight loss. Throw off 1-2 pounds and that's it.

  1. The body adjusts and will have to increase weight and training time
  2. You just can't do anything afterwards. You will burn 5000 calories per workout and then you will sleep all day. Even if you want to, you cannot resist. And no matter how much and what you have consumed, it will be fat.
    PN physical activity is useful, but you won't lose 10 kilograms from them.
