As for proper nutrition, you need to exclude everything sweet, fried and spicy. For example, my daily food may look like this:

  • Lunch: boiled rice, boiled chicken fillet, boiled carrots, fresh tomatoes, bread, sour cream, milk tea.
  • Dinner (no later than 20:00): boiled buckwheat, chicken fillet, boiled cauliflower, tea.

I do push-ups between breakfast and lunch.
