Sports or physical education? The main thing here is not to confuse the concept. Look at Wikipedia for an explanation of what prostatitis is. What does the prostate and support for physical development have to do with it? This "sports" in bed is not recommended☺. Feeling bad is far from a disaster. Moreover, on the contrary, often the pain is from training and this is the norm. You shouldn't listen to yourself so thoroughly. This will no longer be life. Watch out is another matter. Prostatitis won't get you through a simple morning exercise, right?

With prostatitis, you can and should go in for sports, since physical activity prevents the appearance of stagnant processes in the small pelvis, improves the body's resistance and strengthens blood vessels.

Let's consider what sports are recommended for prostatitis:

Remedial gymnastics. Gymnastics can be done in the morning as exercise or as a separate lesson. The following exercises are especially useful: "bike", "scissors", squats, bends, kicks. Regular exercise helps to reduce pain during prostatitis treatment and can be an excellent prevention of worsening of prostatitis.

Running. Small jogging helps to improve blood circulation and metabolic processes in the small pelvis help to strengthen the vascular wall and muscles, which has a beneficial effect on men's health and well-being.

Walking. Regular walking at an average pace is extremely useful, they improve blood circulation, train the cardiovascular system, and saturate the blood with oxygen. It is very important that this sport is suitable even for elderly patients, and the load can be adjusted individually.

Swimming. Physical activity in water is extremely beneficial for the pelvic organs: it hardens, improves lymph drainage, and improves metabolism. However, with this sport there is a risk of hypothermia, therefore, it is important to be careful with water procedures.

Cycling. Calm cycling has a positive effect on blood circulation in the prostate gland, so this sport is indicated even for the prevention of prostatitis.

Sports for prostatitis are very useful, but only in a moderate dose. Strength and excessive exercise can worsen the course of prostatitis, so the following sports are not recommended for prostatitis:

• Barbell and kettlebell exercises

• Bodybuilding and powerlifting.
