Whatever you do with yourself in terms of physical exercise, if you can do it for your pleasure, then everything will be good, good. If you like, interesting, the body requires and health allows, then everything is fine. The main thing is to do all this regularly.

It is worse when physical activity is required to lose weight, and the sores are not allowed. It turns out a vicious circle, as the saying goes. Why poor? Because stupid. Why stupid? Because the poor ... You can get a large amount of money (well, it happens sometimes in life ...), and immediately feel from the behavior of those around you how much you have grown wiser. :) With health it will not work. Everything in this matter turns out only after months of work on yourself.

So be active, exercise, everything will be beneficial if the loads are not extreme for you ...

  3. If you constantly only do push-ups, you will very quickly reach a plateau and success will not move further, and the monotony of the exercise will quickly bore you and there is a high risk that you will give up doing it altogether. Loads should in no way be associated with negative emotions.
