Hello.

The first thing that comes to mind is your desire to "troll" people, since 10 push-ups are not the same level of load for the average person. But if you really, seriously ask this question, then you have provided very little information. Muscle fatigue could build up. You could have reached your "peak" form and your decline began. You could have "gotten off the wrong foot." You might not be in the mood ... My advice - do not stop, continue your studies and try to systematize them, that is, make up some kind of program.

The fact is that muscles get used to the load and without it they quickly lose their accumulated strength and endurance. However, this does not happen overnight. One missed workout is not enough to lose all your time.

I think the reason for the fall in the results in push-ups, which you described, lies in a different plane - fluctuations in the state of the body. Sometimes, deterioration in results occurs for no apparent reason.

And this is normal, all athletes know about it, just when such days come, they reduce the load to a minimum. I am sure that if you continue to train, the results in push-ups will not only normalize, but also grow.
