I can't say anything about calories. You did not indicate your gender, age, height and current weight, did not write about possible chronic non-communicable diseases, in which the metabolism may slow down.

Be prudent about your weight loss goals. If you have just started doing sports, then 3-4 workouts per week for 40-60 minutes will be enough.

Leave swimming in the training program, if there are no contraindications, train with Chloe Ting, if the chosen program suits you physical level preparation.
