I weighed so much a year ago. You're not trying to say you want to turn fat into muscle, are you? Since this option is not feasible. If there is no desire or opportunity to practice in the gym, then you need to do cardio twice a week: running, jumping rope, stepping. But it is of paramount importance to arrange your diet, consume more protein (2g of protein per 1kg of weight = 190g per day) and less junk food, so that there are not many calories. Burn as many calories as possible and consume as little as possible (but not less than 2000 per day, otherwise you can grow thin, but not pumped up).

Nothing. Fat does not turn into muscle. Therefore, first build muscle, then remove fat. There are several programs for home workouts, but they are harder than resistance training. If you are confident in yourself, look for the book "Workout in Prison".
