January, 2021I'd probably be dead. I hate running, and I never passed the standards. I didn’t give it up, I mean, I did it, but I didn’t give it up. Oh, and by the way, I feel great. Not against those who run in any way. They are great, and they are doing the right thing. But as for healthy lifestyles - this is not for me. I just don't understand this

January, 2021It's dangerous to run without any preparation (I'm not afraid of this word). Last year I took 1.5 km / 10 minutes at the university. I had no physical training, and you know what - we all nearly died there. I felt very sorry for the Tolstoy girls: they were suffocating, crying, but, thank God, everything worked out. It's very hard. So, if possible, before your cross is 2 km - get ready: run, but gradually increasing the distance. Two weeks, I think, is enough. If there is no opportunity, but you need to run, good luck.
