In the case of chronic fatigue syndrome, prevention of progression is the best therapy. Therefore, when the first signs appear, you should immediately consult a doctor and take the measures recommended by the doctor.

To be honest, I am not a doctor and I do not know the exact methods of dealing with chronic fatigue. I myself get tired now more often and faster than in previous years. In the morning I do exercises in bed, 30 minutes, after standing on the floor for 15 minutes (warm-up arms, legs, back). Walks are short, as I often have to rest, I get tired quickly. I have a problem with the intestines (still for children). Probably age does its job. I have previously contacted doctors, but there were no answers or suggestions. And I don't go to them anymore.

To understand what to do in this case, find out the cause of fatigue.

Checking your health

Common cold and SARS often lead to fatigue. The body mobilizes forces to fight the disease, and it has no resources left for sex.

In this case, it is worth letting the body recover and regain the joy of life.
But health problems can be more serious. Hormonal background, low hemoglobin, neoplasms - all these are possible reasons for rapid fatigue. Under no circumstances do self-diagnosis and self-medication, visit a doctor and rule out unpleasant diagnoses.

Rest

If hormones and health are in order, perhaps the cause - physical fatigue. In this case, there is only one recipe - rest and good sleep. Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Take a relaxing essential oil bath once a week (try citrus, ylang-ylang, or jasmine, for example).

A lot of work

Even if you do a lot sleep, but at work give all the best, you may not have the strength. Especially if you are not a performer, but occupy a leadership position. You are rooting for work, you keep thinking about tasks, coming home, you get nervous. This sometimes leads to overwork.
Try to let go of business problems outside the office. Treat yourself to pleasant things like a delicious dinner. And find a way to switch from work problems to a partner. Create a playful mood at home, think about your partner, not about work.

Sedentary work

If you sit a lot in the office, your pelvic muscles work worse ... This leads to their fatigue.
Move more, use free minutes to walk and warm up.

Improper diet

There can be two extremes here: overeating and diet. If you eat too much, it is difficult for the body to move, it is drawn to sleep. If you are on an excessively strict diet, then you simply do not have enough strength for bed feats.

Balance your diet, and if you need a diet, let it be gentle, not affecting your health.

Psychological causes

Such causes are more difficult to diagnose. You may be under pressure from stress and internal problems. And fatigue manifests itself due to psychosomatic reasons. In this case, it is best to contact a specialist, but you can try to get rid of this condition yourself.

Analyze your condition. If these methods do not help, seek help from a psychologist. Do not delay the consultation so as not to trigger and exacerbate the problem.

The best way is to change your worldview. I often noticed that with low activity I can be terribly tired and be like a squeezed lemon, and at the same time, with 6 hours of sleep, work until 9 pm or study from 8 to 21, feel refreshed.

No vitamins will help. Lying on the couch will only make the situation worse. We need more physical activity.

Spring, the sun rises early, it's nice to run to work, bake charlotte (I don't eat in the evening, that's why I like to cook in the morning), then walk to work, favorite work, at lunchtime - a walk , in the evening - walk home. If you work from 8 to 5, there is still so much time in the evening! You can go for a bike ride or swim, in winter - go snowboarding. Meet with friends, and on the weekend get out into nature with an overnight stay. Walk about 45 kilometers with a good company, plunge into ice springs on the way, see a lot of interesting things, remember these evenings by the fire for a lifetime.

All this gives such a charge of vital energy. Energy is generated only when we want to live, and we want to live only when we live. And when only we are noisy, there is nowhere for energy.

Lack of sleep is not the only one that sucks the vitality out of you. The little things you do (or don't) constantly can exhaust you mentally and physically. I'll tell you about the most common bad habits and solutions to these problems

Skipping a workout . There are those who sincerely believe that they will save strength and energy if they skip a workout. In fact, physical activity, on the contrary, gives strength, energy and will help to cheer up. A Georgia State University study found that people with sedentary lifestyles felt more energized after just 6 weeks of exercise, just 20 minutes 3 times a week.

Low fluid . Dehydration by only 2% of the normal volume leads to a significant decrease in energy. Lack of fluid => less and thicker blood => the heart works less intensively => the circulation of oxygen in the body slows down.

Iron deficiency . Lack of iron makes you irritable, weak, slow and distracted. Eat more nuts, green leafy vegetables, beans, and other foods that contain iron.

No breakfast . Food is fuel for our body. In a dream, he continues to expend energy. Therefore, in the morning you need to "refuel".

Fast food . Foods that are high in sugar and simple carbohydrates can spike blood sugar. These frequent jumps cause fatigue.

Sleep long on weekends . You go to bed very late on Saturday, sleep half a day on Sunday and find it difficult to sleep in the evening. So on Monday you feel overwhelmed. And it stretches for the whole week. In such cases, a 20-minute nap can save.

Hope for caffeine. It's okay to start the day with a cup of coffee. But abusing it during the day will badly affect your sleep. Experts do not recommend drinking coffee later than 6 hours before bed.

A glass of wine before bed. Are you sure it helps you to relax? I hasten to upset you. In the beginning, alcohol is really relaxing. But ultimately it disrupts sleep, because as it is absorbed, it leads to an adrenaline rush. I recommend refraining from strong drinks 3-4 hours before bedtime.

Hello!
Causes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

  • Presence of pathology.
  • Lack of moderate physical activity.
  • Bad habits (alcohol, smoking).
  • Poor environmental situation.
  • Depletion of the immune system: frequent viral and bacterial infections.
  • Dissatisfaction with their work, etc.

1) Initially, it is necessary to exclude pathological processes in the body, it is recommended to make an appointment with a physician-therapist for anamnesis, examination, drawing up a diagnostic plan. If necessary, the doctor will refer you to narrow-profile specialists (endocrinologist, neurologist, etc.).
2) If no pathological abnormalities are found , then lifestyle adjustments are recommended:

  • ✅ eliminate bad habits - alcohol, smoking;
  • ✅ try to sleep at least 8 hours;
  • ✅ eat healthy and varied;
  • ✅ observe moderate physical activity (walks before bedtime, swimming pool, etc.);
  • ✅ to establish regular communication with interesting and positive people - joint trips to the cinema, trips out of town, etc.
  • ✅ it is recommended to change the environment (travel) if possible.

Sincerely,

MC "MedProsvet"
