Most likely it's not about metabolism. 1500 calories is very little. Most likely, you practically do not eat anything. There is a hidden factor that prevents weight loss. Possibly edema in the body. Why does the body store water? - Probably, there is a chronic poisoning. There are four foods that cause chronic food poisoning / overweight / edema. These are sugar, alcohol, gluten, lactose. Based on their nationality, we can assume which product is not digested by the body. Russians have milk, Caucasians have gluten, Mongolian peoples of Siberia (for example, Eskimos, Evenki) have alcohol.

Try to limit the amount of carbohydrates to 50 grams for 4 days, and increase the amount of protein. Add a lot of cardio to all of this. I think the result will be. I've lost so much weight myself.

The situation itself is extremely incredible. 1500 kilocalories is very little for a normal lifestyle. Accordingly, there is some kind of error in the input data. Either the kilocalories are calculated incorrectly, or the lifestyle is not the one for which the standard kilocalories are calculated. Perhaps a sedentary lifestyle. And most likely even "sedentary on the Internet", which is even worse. The fact is that up to 30% of all energy is consumed by the brain, and passive consumption of information significantly relieves it. Procrastination is so enjoyable because the brain saves a lot of energy. To load the brain by all 30%, you need to think realistically. Coming up with something new with the power of your thoughts. In extreme cases, read fiction. While reading, you have to mentally reconstruct the complex world described by the author. It takes as much energy as thinking.

But even if you assume that all the data is correct, there are still ways to lose weight. We will proceed from the fact that we have such a unique organism, which, due to 1500 kilocalories, works to zero. Weight does not increase, but it does not decrease either.

The first idea that immediately comes to mind is to play with the structure of kilocalories. Not all energy is the same. The energy of proteins, fats and carbohydrates is used in different ways. Proteins, for example, cannot be stored at all. They are used to synthesize tissues, and the remainder is either converted into energy, which is used right here and now, or disposed of. Carbohydrates can be stored for a short time in the form of glycogen or directly in cells in the form of special energy molecules. The stock is very small, but it is there. Excess carbohydrates are not immediately converted to fat. You can eat a cake in the evening, and spend this energy only the next day, if the body does not have new carbohydrates and excess protein, which should burn out in the first place. But fat is the worst thing. First, it is already fat immediately. It is easiest to stock it. And the stock can be unlimited. Secondly, in a normal situation, it does not have many uses. For normal body work, it can only be used as a last resort, when the situation is already completely bad. Roughly speaking, this is a reserve for a "rainy day". In normal situations, it is only used to maintain body temperature. Special fat cells are heated to a high temperature, heats everything around, and thus the whole body is heated. If there is no need for heating, then the fat is simply stored.

With all this in mind, it is easy to understand how to change the structure of kilocalories. More protein, some carbohydrates and a minimum of fat. Although fat is the tastiest. But no one promised that it would be easy.

The second idea is to play with the temperature. Adjust the air conditioner in the room so that the body constantly needs heating. The equilibrium temperature is 24 degrees. With it, the body does not need artificial heating. Enough heat is already generated due to the work of internal organs. butit's not that simple. You can't just put 23 degrees and get the effect. What matters is how much fat is in the body. After all, it works like a heater. It is also important what clothes are worn. And at the same time, the temperature should not be set very low. You can get sick. In general, you have to somehow choose your temperature level. It should be such as to spend more fat on heating, but not get sick. And the most important thing to understand: in this way you can burn only the fat that has entered the body recently. Those. was eaten only as fat or as carbohydrates, which have not been able to form short-term stores because previous stores have not yet been consumed. And the fat that has already been stored earlier can be converted into fat for heating only through physical activity. It creates in the body, as it were, a short "rainy day". Short-term carbohydrate reserves are quickly burned out, there are no new carbohydrates, a disaster, stress, there is clearly an energy deficit. The body gets the feeling that for some reason everything went according to # $% e. And only because of this, access to stocks for a rainy day is opened. As soon as the physical activity stops, the system returns to normal very quickly. The energy reserves in the muscles are re-saturated. While this is happening, stored fat is converted first into heating, and then into molecules that store energy in the muscles. But this process has a certain inertia. After the reserves in the muscles are restored, some amount of fat will remain in the form of heating. It will not turn back into stocks immediately. And here you can also "catch" it and have time to spend on heating.

At first glance, it all looks complicated. But, in fact, you need to experimentally select two temperatures. One for normal mode. And one for the time right after exercise. Both temperatures should be less than 24 degrees, and the second should be higher than the first. It is easier to get sick in recovery mode after exercise than in normal mode. 6 hours after the load, the mode becomes normal again. You can set a lower temperature again. And then this is only in the case when the load was exhausting. For example, when you ran for a long time and now you cannot stand on your feet without support. And if you just went out for a walk in the usual way, then the recovery will be completed in an hour.

It's okay. The longer you lose weight, the slower you lose weight and at some point you get stuck. This is not a reason to stop. Try to lower your daily coloration by another 200 calories or increase your physical activity for example by 15-20 minutes of aerobics (light jogging or even a walk, bicycle, Nordic walking, in general, whatever you like there).

And of course, follow for a balanced diet and volume consumed.

Remember, diets don't work! More precisely, they work, but against you. And counting calories is an effective thing. But 1500 is too little for your weight, too much deficit. Naturally, the body is trying with all its might to keep the weight. I think you should go for overclocking. I advise you to go to Brazgovsky's Instagram and Tsatsulin's YouTube channel (Instagram), they explain how to work with it correctly

Firstly, you exclude what keeps water in the body - salt and carbohydrates! Then the adipose tissue will connect, it will go away much slower, but even 300 g per week is an excellent result.

You just yourself no longer return to salt and sweets, pasta - only from durum wheat, potatoes - in a uniform, (otherwise they will again hold your water, which will lead to disappointment, and everything will come back with more weight than it was before). Salt and sugar are now found in almost all foods, from bread and processed meats to sauces and yoghurts. That is, you get them anyway, no matter what you eat.

I am now 20 years old, height 172, current weight 89, I run at least once every 2 days for 4-5 kilometers in the evening (mainly from 10 to 12 at night).

Weekdays I do 10 thousand steps per day, with evening jogging this number reaches 20 thousand

Running works according to this scheme 450 meters of running, 100 meters of rest, then an elbow bar for 30 seconds or 10 push-ups.
