At school, on a walk, in a shopping center, it doesn't matter, I took out some small dishes and eat buckwheat with boiled chicken and salad. Well, and then again banal: do not eat fast food, less flour, sweet, potatoes, do not eat fried. More vegetables, boiled meat.

From a personal example: when I studied in another city, went to a rocking chair, gained a few pounds with muscles, then dropped out of the gym, and the muscles became overweight, eating from time to time, I could not lose weight until I returned home and began to eat systemically.
