Basically, we've all tried a lot of things. The most urgent task since school!

  • My already school approach is to get up much earlier! Of course, getting up is not "for school", but for something that does not cause negative associations.

  • First, I postponed reading from evening to morning (I tried my homework, but I obviously didn't like it very much, it was an obvious mistake). It turned out that a head occupied with reading in class cooks badly. Most of the time ... it's okay! There my head was - and was not required. But sometimes it didn't work out very well.

  • Charge! Sport is a timeless classic. If you find for yourself gymnastics and other exercises that will not cause such rejection as work / study, it will be quite possible to lie down and get up an hour earlier. You can even walk the dog in the fresh air in the morning, if the area allows. You can start your day with water treatments. But this is just - you just have to combine hardening (at the end), it's not a matter of steaming out into the cold in winter, even after breakfast, not right away.

Make yourself get up as soon as you hear the alarm. Just jump in. You can try to get into the habit of not postponing things until later, even for 5 minutes. For example, you are sitting at the computer and you are asked to go for bread or you need to go somewhere and you think that now I’ll sit in VK a little more or watch the video and then go, but instead you immediately get up and go about business. I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a try.
In general, if you hear the alarm, but you prefer to continue sleeping, then you are not very motivated.
