Any duration is suitable for health, from 20-60 minutes will be enough, the main thing is that it is on an ongoing basis, it is better to walk 3 times for 20 minutes than once 60, and of course, fresh air is preferable

As practice shows, 40 - 50 minutes a day is just that. Leisurely. Better outdoors. Good before bed.
