Be careful with cardio: better not to run , because running you will “kill” the joints and spine with this weight. You can walk a lot, walk at a fast pace, downhill, exercise on a stationary bike, orbit track . Start at a slow pace, eventually lose weight, be able to speed up and even run.

Cardio should be done daily , at least for a short time. Try to gradually increase its duration and complexity.

From the diet, exclude fast food, sauces and juices from the store, fried, flour, unnatural sweets.

You can:

  • Complex carbohydrates. Better in the morning. Oatmeal, buckwheat, bulgur, durum wheat pasta, quinoa, etc.
  • Protein food. You can at any time of the day. This is any lean meat (chicken breast, turkey breast, veal, beef), cottage cheese, mushrooms, fish (bake, boil, steam), seafood, soy products and legumes.
