Tell me, is it okay that you missed playing sports at home for 2 days?
I do sports at home every day: lunges and squats (with dumbbells). I alternate everything every other day. And every day push-ups, abs, planks and other exercises. Tell me, nothing that you've already missed 2 days? P. S. I'm a girl))

March, 2021According to rumors and personal experience of doing physical exercises at home (and not only them), in order for something to become a habit, it must be repeated 10 times. If we talk about weightlifting, which is, of course, difficult to do every day, then if you do a day after 2, then after 10 repetitions (30 days) you will get used to this exercise regimen. And trying to skip a workout will cause psychological discomfort.

March, 2021It's hard for me to say specifically about weightlifting, but there is an opinion that in order to develop a habit, you need to do something for 21 days. Everyday. Probably, taking into account the loads, weightlifting does not fall under this rule.
