It all depends, of course, on your parameters, as well as an understanding of what a "fit body" is, how important muscle mass is to you.

On average, if you are not overweight, you can bring muscles tone and make the body fit in six months.

It is enough to engage in strength training 3 times a week. Usually, beginners start with light circuit workouts that put muscles into work, and after a couple of weeks, you can already go to standard workouts with small weights. Gradually increase the load and change the exercise program once every 1-2 months.

If you want to "dry out" a little, to make the muscle relief more pronounced, then you can add 1-2 days of cardio for 30-60 minutes. Running is best suited.

But in combination with sports, proper nutrition should also go, in which case it will be easier to "make" a toned body. Try to reduce your consumption of flour, fried, unhealthy sweets. Lean meat, cereals, durum pasta, dairy products and eggs, vegetables, fruits and berries should be the basis of your diet.

When I first came to the gym, the coach described me as "very thin", this was clearly a reproach. After about two months of intense (2-3 times a week, about two days later) strength training under his control with an order "for relief" (and not "for weight" after all), I got a body that I was very pleased with.

In short, if you do everything correctly and with desire, then this business is pretty quick. But I'm not familiar with the issue of excess weight, it's probably more difficult here.

it all depends on your input data - fat percentage, weight, and so on. But if you (are you a girl?) Is about 20-22 percent fat, then just two months is ideal. The most important thing is to follow a low-calorie diet, more protein, fats are needed too, otherwise there will be problems with the hormonal system (eat salmon, take omega-3 acids, flaxseed oil, for example, otherwise your periods will disappear and it will be very bad) and it is better to build your workouts every other day ... On a rest day, you can just walk, but do not forget about calorie consumption. Jillin Michaels has some great aerobic programs to work out at home, look it up from my own experience, even though I'm a guy, it works very well, especially her six pack program aimed at burning fat in the abdominal area

It would be nice to know the initial data. If you want to lose weight and pump up certain muscle groups, then, of course, it makes sense to go to the gym. How often? I think 3-4 times a week will be enough + you should definitely add a few hours of good cardio, be it a treadmill, a stepper, a bike, etc. Cardio in this case will play the role of a fat burner, and strength training will help develop muscles, make them stronger, more elastic and larger. The most important thing is nutrition. The result will depend 70-80 percent exactly on what will be in your diet. For weight loss, it is customary to remove fast carbohydrates. For what they are needed, you can read on specialized sites. Here I can only write that those who are losing weight refuse sweets, soda water, flour and other joys of life, replacing all this delight with slow carbohydrates and protein. By time, everyone has different ways. Everything will depend on the initial proportions and success in the training program. I think that if the case is not running, then in the first month you can achieve a good result in weight (minus 4-6 kilos) and start seeing the result in the mirror. I think that in three months it will be possible to put the body in full order and, quite possibly, continue this wonderful activity :) Success!

How much is it tightened with you at the moment? What is the height and weight? You don't have to go to the gym to be pulled up. You can go jogging - it perfectly tightens the body, slightly pumps up the muscles of the legs and the weight remains normal, at least the excess will go away. How often ? 3 times a week will be enough to get you started. You can go to the gym additionally for the press, hyperextension and work out on trainers to strengthen other muscle groups, but this can also be done at home.
