January, 2021As a student, I often went to bed for an hour or two in the morning and after that it was almost impossible to get up in the morning. And after such a morning, you come at 5 pm and immediately fall over. You get up somewhere at 10 and don't fall asleep again ..
How to fix it? Break the vicious circle. Making yourself sleep is difficult. But to make you stay up for exactly one day and go to bed after that at the right time is quite possible. Actually, this method saved me 10 times probably at least.

January, 2021I had some weird method that helped. There was a time when in the morning there was no need to get up anywhere. I just went to bed at 10 am, and I could get up at .... 11 pm. Yes, that's such a shameful waste of life. It terribly pissed me off, I got up broken and with a headache. At some point, waking up again at 11 pm, spat on everything and said to myself - I will sleep until the morning, so maybe I can restore the regime at least that way. And indeed.
Got up early after this, went to bed too. The first two weeks after the changed regime, I was like hellish sleep in the hours by 9 pm. But then it passed and the regime was fully restored.
Yes, this advice is not for everyone for sure.
If from a simple, then set the alarm for the desired morning time and get up on it. Swear, but get up clearly on the call. Even if you slept for about 3 hours. Get up, do your chores, and in no case lie down for five minutes, maybe "well, now, five minutes, I'll get up later." Nifiga won't get up.
Thus, in the evening it will be cut out like hell. So you will lie down. The first week will be tough. Then everything will be restored as it should.
Don't drink only energy drinks and coffee. They will act as a residual in the evening, then you will definitely not fall asleep fully.
