Is it enough to play sports 4 times a week for 15-25 minutes + stretching for 25 minutes?

Is it enough to play sports 4 times a week for 15-25 minutes + stretching for 25 minutes?

The Internet says that it takes 150 minutes a week to go in for sports to stay in good physical shape. I do 4 times a week, for about 15-25 minutes. Then I stretch for 25 minutes. Can stretching count as extra workout time?
